During the original three-year process to prepare the VISION 2050 plan, the Regional Planning Commission partnered with several community organizations, including the Milwaukee Urban League, to increase involvement from individuals that may have been underrepresented in previous regional planning efforts. The Commission recently initiated a federally required Review and Update of VISION 2050 and, during the first of two rounds of public involvement, is again partnering with the Milwaukee Urban League and other community partners to hold a Community Conversation around recent land use and transportation changes, trends, and issues that should be considered as VISION 2050 is updated in 2020.  If you are unable to join us for the Community Conversation on December 7, the same information and materials will be presented at a series of public informational meetings. These meetings are being held in open house format across the seven-county Region from December 3 through 12 (schedule available on the VISION 2050 website). You can also review initial information about the Review and Update of VISION 2050 and share your feedback through the website
