Special Update for the 2020 Scholarship Program:  Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the closing of Milwaukee Public Schools and surrounding schools in the Milwaukee County area, we're working to adjust the opening of our Scholarship Program application to ensure the availability and awareness to all students who may wish to apply.  We will continue to monitor guidance from health, state, and public school officials to make an informed decision and update everyone as expeditiously as possible.  Please continue to check here for updates! In the meantime, we strongly encourage everyone to adhere to safety precautions set by the WI Department of Health Services and the CDC.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a resident of Milwaukee and enrolled in a Milwaukee County high school
  • Be of African-American descent
  • Must have cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Applicants must submit a document of acceptance into an accredited, four-year undergraduate program or two-year college (graduating Senior) for the Fall 2020 enrollment period
