Community Impact
MULYP members have contributed over 40,000 hours of community service hours to the Greater Milwaukee Community through events including but not limited to:
- A candidate forum for those running for Milwaukee School Board was held before the spring elections during a MULYP general body meeting.
- A Financial Literacy Jeopardy game was held as part of the National Urban League’s National Day of Service.
- Participating in activities bringing awareness to causes such as Easter Seals, United Negro College Fund, The American Heart Association, Walk for Quality of Life, and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
- A collaboration with Milwaukee Urban League Guild members to host a polling site for elections.
